AS Hockey School Values
At AS Hockey School, we conduct training based on the American Development Model (ADM), a world-class ice hockey program, and are based on five main guidelines.

1. Age-specific programs
We provide training based on the American Development Model (ADM) and conduct staged training according to age. We develop skills by building a yearly program. For players up to 12 years old (U12), the session unit is 60 minutes, and we provide intensive training in a short period of time within the physical strength appropriate to their age.

2. Station-based training
Smaller spaces allow players more opportunities to touch the puck, ultimately improving their skills. Training in stations allows you to focus on your skills. Splitting into stations encourages you to play in smaller spaces. This allows you to make decisions and make better decisions in a faster game, improving your play.

3. Level-based grouping
Groups are divided by skill level to promote competition by maintaining equality of levels. This makes the players' levels comparable, and through competition, they become more proactive in training. As a result, "fun" and "development" are further promoted.

4. Arrange the coaching staff
Each group will have one coach for every 6-7 players, ensuring maximum coaching availability and providing the highest quality coaching possible.

5. Goalie-only stations and coaching
A dedicated goalie station will be set up throughout the year. Through a comprehensive program and ongoing coaching by specialized coaches, we will provide training tailored to the individual personalities and levels of the goalies.
Therefore, we do not accept visitors.

Program Development / Purpose
For our development age group, we focus on long-term development and implement "programs" throughout the season.
